Hire rates
Hourly rates for 2026. Kitchen use for teas and coffees is free when you hire another room; the normal rate applies if you are preparing or serving food.

- One-off hires need a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking; the balance is invoiced after the event.
- Regular hirers (at least monthly) pay no deposit and are invoiced after each hire.
- Hires of 24 hours or more receive a 20% discount.
- Bookings are 100% chargeable if cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand.
